About Us

Live Like an Athlete. Build a Deeper, More Fulfilling Life.

We exist to help people live like elite athletes: intentional, balanced, and driven, so sport becomes a path to a more fulfilling life.

Most athletes burn out trying to constantly push harder. The best don’t just smash their limits; they master them. Our coaching helps you walk that line, training close enough to your edge to move it without tipping over it.

Whether you’re an elite racer, student, or working professional, we give you the tools and structure to keep progressing when life gets messy, so training stays sustainable and you can show up confident on the days that matter.

Endurance sport has given our team far more than fitness: direction, structure, and real self-worth. We’ve lived this journey ourselves, and we built Capacity Coaching to share it.

Cole Lewis

Head Coach

Cole is a lifelong athlete with over a decade of competitive experience: first as a competitive runner and triathlete, and then as a cyclist on the international UCI Continental circuit. Over the years, Cole has worked with all levels of athletes in a multitude of settings, from weekend warriors in physical therapy clinics, to Olympians in the athletic training center at the University of Southern California.

Now, Cole helps professionals develop an optimal lifestyle-training balance so that they may cater to their life's obligations without leaving any fitness on the table.

Currently, Cole is the Head Coach of UCLA Cycling, and throughout the 2024 season worked as the Performance Director of the Los Angeles Bicycle Academy (LABA) Men’s and Women’s teams.
