Scope

• This policy governs cancellations for the “Continued Access” community subscription (resources, Q&As, clinics, group rides/events). It does not apply to 12‑week training plans or other services.

Billing Cycle and Auto‑Renewal

• Billing occurs every 4 weeks (28 days) and renews automatically until canceled.

• You agree to auto‑renewal at checkout; we disclose rollover up front.

How to Cancel

• Email colewis.capacitycoaching@gmail.com with subject “Cancel Continued Access” from your account email.

• Cancellations via DM or verbal request are not accepted.

• Notice Window and Effective Date

• Cancel anytime. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of the current 4‑week cycle.

• To avoid the next charge, submit your request at least 7 calendar days before your next bill date.

Refunds and Proration

• No refunds or credits for partial cycles or unused access. Access remains active through the paid‑through date.

Commitment/Prepay Discounts and Early Termination

• If you received a commitment or prepay discount (e.g., “Buy 3 get 1”), early termination triggers an early‑termination fee equal to the total discount received. This simply puts you back at non‑discounted terms.

Prepaid Plans

• Prepaid plans are non‑refundable. You retain access through the prepaid term. To stop auto‑renewal at term end, submit a cancellation request anytime before the final cycle processes.

Pauses

• One pause per 6 months, up to 4 weeks, upon written request to colewis.capacitycoaching@gmail.com. Pauses extend your next bill date by the pause length. No mid‑cycle proration.

Failed Payments

• If a payment fails, we’ll retry and notify you. If unresolved within 7 days, access may be suspended until payment is received.

Changes to Terms

• We may update pricing or terms with 30 days’ notice via email. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
