Cultivating Capacity Community Rules

Purpose: Get faster together. This space exists to help you execute, stay accountable, and win.

1) How to get value (your first 24 hours)

  • Post your intro in “General Chat” using this template: goal, event date, current FTP or Personal Record on your favorite segment. Use the [Intro] tag on your post.

  • Comment on 2 other intros. Make allies

  • Join the next Q&A, or post in our Q&A thread if you have any questions.

2) Posting guidelines

General Chat

  • Use tags: [Win], [Form Check], [Race Report], [Gear], [Random]

  • Weekly Wins: Drop your progress every Friday in using the “Wins” tag (data or anecdote). We spotlight top wins weekly.

  • Show your work: include context (route, device, weather) for testing posts.

Training Q&A

  • Use this space for any and all training questions you may have.

3) Support channels and SLAs

  • Coaching support lives here and in TrainingPeaks. We reply within the stated SLA in your SOW (Peak Capacity Plans: 72 business hours M–F; VIP: 24 business hours via direct Text/Email to your coach M–F)

  • Monthly Q&As and office hours are posted inside the community.

  • DMs: Not monitored for Peak Capacity Plan support; VIP may DM coach per SOW. Emergencies don’t exist in training—post in Training Q&A space with data.

4) Conduct (be the athlete you’d want to train with)

  • Respect first: no harassment, hate, or personal attacks. Debate ideas, not people.

  • No spam/self‑promo/affiliate links. Ask a mod before sharing external offers.

  • Keep it clean: no NSFW or illegal content.

5) Privacy and IP

  • What’s shared here stays here. Don’t repost member content/screenshots outside without permission.

  • Training plans and materials are for your personal use only. No sharing or redistribution (see MSA/SOW).

6) Safety and medical

  • Coaching is educational, not medical advice. Get medical clearance before changing training. You assume training risk.

7) Guarantees (PIF‑only)

  • If your offer includes a guarantee, follow your Exhibit exactly (testing, compliance, “ask for help” steps).

  • Peak Capacity Plans: attend a Q&A, make a post in Training Q&A or request a tune‑up via email as specified.

  • VIP: DM your coach within 7 days if progress stalls (per Exhibit). Keep proof (screenshots/logs).

8) Moderation and enforcement

  • Three strikes: we remove posts, explain why, and coach what “good” looks like. Three violations = removal. Severe violations (hate, threats, scams) = immediate ban.

  • Report issues: Flag posts or email support; we respond within SLA.

9) Admin notes

  • We may reorganize, pin, or remove posts to keep the community high‑signal.

  • Participation here is governed by your MSA/SOW. Community removal for violations may occur without refund (see SOW).
