Role: DM Appointment Setter (Remote, US‑Based)
Capacity Coaching helps competitive cyclists get faster in less time, without wrecking their work and family life. We run a high‑ticket, low‑volume coaching model and we’re looking for a DM appointment setter to keep our founder’s calendar full of qualified sales calls.
This is not a closer role. Your role is simple:
Start real conversations with warm leads and book qualified shows.
What You’ll Do
Live in our Instagram DMs, Manychat inbox, and email replies (all warm inbound leads, no cold spam).
Start and continue conversations with cyclists who have raised their hand.
Ask simple qualifying questions around goals, timeline, and budget.
Move leads through a clear pipeline (New → Talking → Qualified → Booked → Showed).
Book qualified sales calls onto the founder’s calendar using our scripts and rules.
Log all touches and next steps in our Notion & Google Sheets tracking system.
Follow a daily volume target for new convos + follow‑ups. Volume and consistency win.
Give a quick daily summary of wins, losses, and stuck leads.
Who This Is For
You might be a fit if:
You’re US‑based, fluent in written English, and comfortable working on Pacific Time.
You’ve set appointments for online/high‑ticket offers before (coaching, agency, etc.), or you can show you understand the game.
You like messaging people all day, are curious, and don’t get weird about money conversations.
You think in systems: you naturally keep lists, follow‑ups, and priorities organized.
You’re okay starting on commission‑only and backing yourself with results.
Bonus points if you ride bikes, race, or at least know what FTP, crits, and fondos are.
Compensation & Hours
Commission‑only for the first 60–90 days.
Paid per qualified show and per client closed from your sets.
Exact numbers discussed in the interview.
After a strong trial, option to add a small base + adjusted commissions.
Expectation: 15–25 hrs/week focused work to start, with potential to grow.
