Required devices: working HR monitor + cycling power meter.
What “measurably faster” means (any ONE qualifies)
FTP: +5% OR +0.25 W/kg. vs. Week‑1 baseline (same protocol/device)
Time trial: −2% time on a matched 20–40 min flat loop (same route/position/tires & pressure; comparable weather).
Matched workout efficiency: same NP with ≥3 bpm lower avg HR, or +3% NP at same avg HR (±3 bpm).
Compliance (95% to qualify)
Upload every ride to TrainingPeaks same day (HR + power).
Miss ≤ 5 prescribed sessions over 12 weeks.
“As prescribed” = within ±5% power targets and ±10% time‑in‑zone.
Complete baseline + Week 4, 8, and 12 tests (same device/route or indoors for apples‑to‑apples).

Exclusions

How to claim
Email your coach or support within 7 days of Week 12 completion. We’ll send a 1‑page claim form.

Remedy
