  • Who qualifies

    • Quarterly Paid‑In‑Full ($2,997) at purchase only. Monthly ($999/4 weeks) is not eligible. First‑time VIP clients only. No pauses/cancellations/chargebacks or late/failed payments.

    • Required: working HR monitor + cycling power meter; TrainingPeaks + Strava access.

    “Measurably stronger” (any ONE qualifies)

    • FTP: +5% OR +0.25 W/kg vs Week‑1 baseline (same protocol/device).

    • TT: −2% time on matched 20–40 min flat loop (same route/tires/pressure; comparable weather).

    • Matched workout efficiency: same NP with ≥3 bpm lower avg HR, or +3% NP at same avg HR (±3 bpm).

    Testing cadence

    • Baseline in Week 1; re‑tests in Weeks 4, 8, and 12 (same device/route or indoors).

    Compliance (95% to keep eligibility)

    • Upload every prescribed session same day (HR + power).

    • Miss ≤5 prescribed sessions in 12 weeks; execute “as prescribed” (±5% power; ±10% time‑in‑zone).

    • If Week 4 or 8 shows no improvement and you’re ≥95% compliant, you must request help within 7 days by direct message to your coach (email, text, or phone) to keep the guarantee active. Plan edits must be coach‑approved in advance.

    Exclusions

    • Injury/illness preventing training/tests; device failure/corrupted/missing data; unlogged sessions; ignoring coach guidance; non‑payment/chargebacks; major equipment/fit changes mid‑block that invalidate comparisons unless re‑baselined.

    How to claim

    • Email support within 7 days of Week 12 completion. Provide TrainingPeaks/Strava access + device IDs. Review within 14 business days; decision shared with data summary.

    Remedy (sole and exclusive)

    • Coach continues VIP 1‑on‑1 coaching at no additional charge until one “measurably stronger” criterion is met (up to ninety (90) additional days by default). Sole remedy is free continued coaching; no refunds or credits. One active guarantee per client. Version‑locked at purchase.

    Legal

    • Governed by California law. Contingent on Paid‑In‑Full status and full compliance.
